Everything about Auberge Seafever was superb, and I totally understand why it gets such glowing reviews! The place is clean, intimate, and sits beautifully on the shore where you can watch the sunrise from the balconies in the morning. Breakfast was amazing with many varieties and homegrown fruit. The owners were very eco‑conscious, which really resonated with us. I’ve rarely been greeted with such warmth and kindness from hosts. The location in Mahébourg was great, easy to reach from the airport, with buses running to nearby beaches if you don’t want to walk, and plenty of restaurants around (plus great tips from the owners). We only stayed two nights, but we’ll definitely return to Auberge Seafever if we go back to Mauritius and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Connie and Peary were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The place sits on protected water, just a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket. It’s a 15‑minute drive from the airport, and a taxi costs 1000 rg. The continental breakfast was delightful.
