The hotel lobby area was nice and modern, but the bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on, and the rooms are fairly basic for the price.

The front desk staff were patient when I asked for a room change because of the motorway noise, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. However, the value for money was poor. Most rooms are close to the motorway, and the noise can be heard even with the windows shut; a room change didn’t help, and no ear plugs were provided. The gym is basic and lacks equipment. The sauna was off when I arrived, so I had to turn it on myself and it took 45 minutes to heat up, though I understand it might be off for energy saving. The mattress on the double bed was old, worn, and noisy, so I stayed in the single bed instead because it was more comfortable. Showers need updating; it’s a bath with a shower curtain, and the shower head is too low, forcing anyone of average height to bend over to wash their hair.
