Everything was good, but the pool water was very cold.

The service was acceptable; some dishes were served immediately while others arrived later, and there were no multiple choices, so we had to leave to buy breakfast elsewhere. Cleanliness was an issue: garbage pickup, washcloths, and towel exchanges required requests, and rooms sometimes smelled of cigarettes before we were handed them.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were wonderful—two ladies greeted me warmly, and on Saturday when a problem arose, the young front‑desk lady showed empathy and did her best to help, while the housekeeping supervisor was also sweet and helpful. However, I was upset about ants in my bed, being moved to a room that had pets before, the second room triggering my allergies, and having to leave and find another place to stay.
