The place is very well located, has an authentic atmosphere, the host is very pleasant and accommodating, and it’s clean. The only minor issue is that the shower fills the bathroom with water; you just have to push the water back with a scraper that’s provided in the bathroom.

The hotel sits nicely in Gerupuk, just a 5‑minute walk from the beaches, and the family helped us rent a cheap scooter. However, the room had a strong chemical smell, no hot water, a rooster farm next door kept us up from 4 am, and the room was too dim.
