“Perfect Asakusa Apartment”
The space is huge and the location is very quiet, even though it’s less than five minutes from major metro stations, landmarks, and shopping areas. Nothing negative.

The apartment is truly spacious and immaculate, with two bathrooms and two showers—a real bonus for families. However, the entrance area feels very old; we didn’t even realize where we were at first. The building’s entrance has broken mailboxes, cracked walls, and worn steps. Given the price, a more presentable entrance would be expected.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is perfect. The manager is very helpful. No issues.

There are two toilets, two bathrooms, and two sinks, so no worries about being blocked. (Also, outside the bathroom there’s a private space to dry clothes, so you don’t have to step on wet floors—very convenient.) There are plenty of outlets, plenty of power. The space is large, so all the luggage can be unpacked without trouble. The kitchen is well‑equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes, so simple cooking is possible. The only tiny downside is that you have to move your luggage up to the second floor yourself, but the stairs aren’t too narrow or long, so it’s not difficult. Overall, the experience is very good!

The apartment is located right in the heart of the Asakusa neighborhood, very large for Tokyo accommodations. It has two king‑size beds (very comfortable) and two single bunk beds—an unusual feature in this city that’s fantastic when traveling with teenagers. It’s five minutes from supermarkets and the metro. The only drawback is that the apartment’s entrance is neglected and gives a bad impression, unrelated to the apartment itself. It’s a first‑floor unit with no elevator.
