Clean, comfortable, great location. The staff were very helpful. Free breakfast at a local restaurant was tasty! It would be great if there were a few USB‑C plug outlets available.

The location was good, the cleaning staff were friendly, and the mattresses were decent, but the reception was unfriendly—no one was present when I called, and the front desk was only open in the afternoons when most tourists were out. We couldn't leave the bedroom windows open at night because a very loud mechanical noise kept us awake, and overall the value for money was poor and everything felt a bit cheap.

The location was great, each room had air conditioning, and the rooms were fairly clean—nothing that made me say wow. The room was dark without lights; the windows faced the neighbors, and opening them revealed a view of rusty pipes, supposedly a city view, and a balcony that measured only 0.8 square metres. The bathroom surprised me with a clogged sink and dirty tiles with rust and mold on the shower wall. I had no one to talk to at reception on arrival; the woman there left, and I couldn't find anyone later, probably outside reception hours. The cherry on top was a hallway intercom that rang at night, preventing sleep, and people seemed to be calling it to get reception services, but the owners apparently left that to guests. I apologize to guests who were not opened or let in, but I will never forgive anyone who woke me up at 2 am with a hysterical intercom call!

A acomodação NUNCA nos recebeu. Fiz a reserva, cheguei no local e nao consegui contato com ninguém (até o momento inclusive), e não conseguimos entrar. Precisei me hospedar em outro hotel de ultima hora, com um gasto 2x maior do que o programado, sendo que solicitei cancelamento gratuito desse local e não foi fornecido, tendo sido debitado do meu cartão. Não obtive suporte algum do booking nesse cenário. A acomodação NUNCA nos recebeu. The location was fantastic, the staff helpful, and the rooms clean and nice, but you have to know it isn’t a hotel with a reception. It lacked a bit of a lobby, yet I would still choose it again.
