“PRATICO E CENTRALE”

The location was perfect, close to the center, everything was very convenient and clean, the directions were clear and getting into the room was intuitive and easy—ideal for short stays. The bathroom was gorgeous with a fantastic shower, so I recommend it! The building’s exterior isn’t very pretty and the view isn’t great, but it’s well isolated and comfortable for short stays with great value. Blue‑striped parking is nearby the room, and I’d come back.

“A very poor experience. Avoid this place and go somewhere else! The rudest and most unhelpful staff.”

Nothing at all. The experience was awful. I’d recommend booking somewhere else. The staff were rude, ignored my messages, and wasted the only evening I had in Ancona, ruining everything. Avoid this place and find a spot where you’ll be treated better. The check‑in was handled terribly: staff ignored my emails and messages on the site, so I had to wait outside for over an hour before anyone responded. When they finally did, they wouldn’t let me in until I completed check‑in while still outside, costing me another half hour of my evening. I’d prepaid two weeks earlier, having booked three months in advance. This is the worst experience I’ve had in over 40 years of traveling. No apology, nothing. They’re the worst.
