“Entspricht nicht den Erwartungen”

Central, good location; Minibar; Cleanliness. No way 4-star! Very simple furnishings; no light on bathroom mirror, no towel rack; shower head not usable. Wi‑lan works only very rarely and briefly, practically no mobile data reception. Communication was confusing: warning that you should not send sensitive data, then request on different channels to send photos of IDs. Self‑check‑in difficult, short key handover. Other guests showed us that there are door openers. Photo with sofa: not part of the room! Overall too expensive.

The location is excellent - walkable to many downtown sites as well as restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the little extras were a nice touch. The host was not on site but was very responsive with check-in instructions and restaurant recommendations. There were a few general maintenance items that would improve the room (slow drain in the sink, cracked parquet flooring in the entry way) but these were not deal breakers for us

Fantastic!!!! The space is exactly as it appears in the photos! Five‑clean, airy and in the best part of Rome!!! Right next to Piazza di Popolo!!! Via di Ripetta is a wonderful street!!! I highly recommend it! Easy and immediate communication!! Stefano helped us a lot the last day with the sudden rain!!! Thank you very much for everything and we will see you again soon!!! ❤️

“Very nice stay in central Rome”

The spot was spot on, right in the middle of everything and close to all the shops and sights. The owner let us stash our bags until 5pm, which was a nice touch. From the room we could see the beautiful Piazza Del Popolo. On the downside, the mattress in room 1 was too firm and made sleeping a chore; a topper would help. The door to the room sticks on the floor and is hard to open, especially with a stroller. The doors are thin, so hallway noises seep in. There’s no light above the bathroom mirror, just the ceiling light, making it hard to apply makeup. A “do not disturb” sign would be useful, even though the cleaning lady comes every day. It would also be nice to have small milk packets for coffee. A taxi to the airport costs 75€ with a private car, while other taxis we called charge 55€ to Fiumicino. The shower cabin doors don’t close properly. Although the building says there’s no elevator, there is one, but the owner says you have to pay for it, which would be helpful for guests with strollers or elderly people.
