“Okay but not worth the price”

The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly, yet there were only two towels in the bathroom, the toilet lid didn’t fit the commode, the shower was dirty and had very low water pressure, and the breakfast items were cold; even the “hot” water for oatmeal wasn’t hot enough to soften it. For $141(+) I’m honestly not very happy. The towel situation was very upsetting since we had four people needing showers and swimming, and we didn’t request extra towels because we were exhausted from travel; two of us decided to shower the next evening at our next hotel.

Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Nothing

I liked the pool, the overall cleanliness, the layout, and the morning staff, but there were popping sounds outside of room 300 and the night staff were a bit laconic.

“Not very nice”

The only bright spot was the desk clerk, who was friendly and kept apologizing for the problems we faced. After checking in, I tried to use the restroom and found no toilet paper; I called the desk to ask for some, but my phone didn’t work. I had to walk down to the desk to get a signal, and when the clerk arrived she apologized and explained that people had been locked in that room before. She offered us another room, and we accepted.
