“Jó hotel”

The hotel looked nice and the staff were helpful, but the food wasn’t tasty, so I won’t request all‑inclusive next time. One bartender at the pool bar behaved in an unacceptable way, though everyone else was very kind. I ended up taking a taxi into town and looking for restaurants and bars there instead.

“Tekrar konaklamam”

The food didn’t have much aroma, but treat yourself at the spa and get a massage from Esma and Sara, and some staff are friendly and cheerful. It’s ideal for families with kids, but if you want to have fun with friends the single pool is shallow and there’s a lot of mosquitoes; it’s not central, so you’ll be disappointed if you go out at night. Shopping is limited to a few markets, some pricey, some cheap. There’s a free beach shuttle, but the beach itself is disappointing and you won’t have time for paid beaches. We requested a room with a single double bed but they didn’t arrange it. Breakfast is paid at night, and after check‑out you can spend time by the pool, but everything else is extra. If you’re a woman traveling with a woman, some male staff will compliment and show interest, so don’t expect the same friendliness from everyone. If you want to relax, karaoke might get your nerves up. There’s no ice in the cocktails, so don’t expect a cold, pleasant drink, but the coffee machines are good and the breakfast and meals are decent.

“Wonderful Hotel Experience Thanks to the Outstanding Staff”

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely polite and professional, especially the receptionist, Costa, who was respectful, attentive, and genuinely cared about every small detail that mattered to us. He was always ready to help and never hesitated to assist whenever we needed anything. Whenever we called room service, the response was very quick and help arrived almost immediately. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is the food; the meals were delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The pool is a good size, and the entertainment team organizes enjoyable activities there, such as aqua gym sessions and foam parties, which made the experience even more fun. At the end of each day, they also provide entertaining shows, games, and activities for guests, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel. The only issue we experienced was the mosquitoes. Although the hotel sprays and treats the area regularly, there were still some mosquitoes around, especially in the pool area during the evening. Fortunately, this was limited to the outdoor pool area at night and did not significantly affect our overall enjoyable stay.
