Valentina runs the place with a mix of kindness and precision; even though we booked last minute, she communicated perfectly and let us check in on our own while giving us useful tips. The accommodation sits in a convenient spot for exploring the historic center, is spotless and fully equipped. We asked if we could have breakfast at a nearby partner bar, and she arranged it—overall a great experience.

The apartment was very clean and lovely, missing nothing. The manager was extremely helpful for every request, even though we didn't need anything. I didn’t encounter any critical issues.
