The staff was very attentive, and there was so much wildlife around us

The location is excellent, the food is great, and the staff are super helpful with the shuttle. The bathroom was in a state that needed a bit of renovation.

Free slippers were available, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the airport was nearby. There was no trail guide from the hotel, the restaurant was mediocre compared to the price, and the service didn't match the other amenities.

Everything was great. I would have stayed another day.
