It was catastrophic—an outright scam with the tourism office’s complicity and the hotel’s connivance. How could they award stars and a rating to a building in such a dilapidated, lamentable state? The carpet was dirty, the paint was peeling, there was no TV, the remote had no batteries, the bedding was disastrous, the blanket felt like a jail cover, there was no acoustic insulation, the bathtub was plastic, and there was no air conditioning. I appreciated your scam.

I was quite pleased with the room and bathroom sizes, but unfortunately, the hotel's location was not ideal and the facilities were quite old. The room and bathroom were spacious, but the hotel's age showed in its outdated amenities.
