Cleanliness and the staff were good, but the room rate was very high, the breakfast was terrible, and the pool and jacuzzi water was ice‑cold, so they couldn’t be used.

The staff’s service is very good, the common areas are very clean and in good condition, and the wet areas are a plus.

El Hotel cuenta con unas instalaciones muy lindas. las zonas humedas son excelentes. Tener en cuenta que el hotel ya no cuenta con piscina , ni jacuzzi climatizados. La atención de César en la piscina y las personas de recepción, hacen que la estedía sea inolvidable. ojalá, reactiven el plus de piscina climatizada. En la reserva pedimos habitaciones seguidas, (4) pero al llegar tuvimos que pagar valor adicional por esta soliictud. las zonas húmedas no están climatizadas, pero fuimos informados previamente. El Restaurante cierra 7pm. el área de piscina cierra 5.30 p.m. obliga a tener que salir del hotel a buscar restaurante o hacer otras actividades
