The bedding and the abundance of towels were the only good things. The room layout, however, seemed like it hadn’t been designed by a professional: the washbasin made it impossible to wash my face because the mirror was directly in front, forcing me to bend my head (the glass bond in room 912 was still visible), the entrance was so narrow that full‑length mirrors and wardrobes squeezed both sides, making it a struggle to even open the door with shoes on, and the biggest hazard was the glass window – the warning sign said you could fall and die if you reached out to open it, which makes no sense unless you never open it at all, effectively leaving the room windowless. Noise was another issue; the hallway door stayed open while someone smoked heavily (no alarm went off) and people were shouting after drinking. The front desk closed at noon, so I had to go out early in the morning and ask a woman to help me alone. This was the most problematic hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I can’t recommend it and I won’t return; the room design and the dangerous window need urgent fixing.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and worth visiting for a sunrise, but the staff didn’t speak English and the room was pricey compared to the standard.

The sink wouldn’t drain and the water pressure was weak, so the toilet also struggled to flush. In the twin room one of the beds creaked, the curtains were only a single layer making it hard to sleep, and the building’s layout allowed a direct view into another room vertically, which was uncomfortable.
