The formalities, the seriousness, and the location were good. We had a problem with the shower, but we were able to get it solved.

The reception staff were very professional and gave excellent advice. The inn was warm and convivial, right in the heart of the Abdin district, and the bed was comfortable. Finding the inn was difficult because it’s in a building and there’s no large coloured sign at the entrance to show its name. Several small flaws lowered the comfort of the stay: the window in the 6‑bed room didn’t close and was not sound‑proof, so we heard all the city traffic (horns) late into the night. On the second day there was no hot water for the shower. We were woken up in the middle of the night by staff on the phone who entered the room and turned on the light for a check‑in. The bedside lights were too harsh; a softer lighting would have been better.

They offered multiple bathrooms per room, which was nice, yet the person who greeted us was on the phone and very rude, the place was generally dirty, and the elevator looked like it was in terrible condition.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but some installations needed better upkeep and the entrance area could have been cleaner.
