Two employees, without distinction, were prompt, polite, and courteous. The room size was a drawback.

The hotel personnel were very friendly, helpful, and kind.
Great location! The staff were attentive, and the value for money was excellent.

“Ótima localização”
Everything was brand new and the breakfast was excellent; the only thing that would have made it perfect is if they had offered a pastel de Belém. :) The location is close to restaurants and the commercial street, and the employees were very friendly. The parking is about 100 meters from the hotel; we preferred to leave our car on the street closer to the hotel. The shower in the bathroom is a bit unstable: hot water sometimes stops and we have to wait for it to warm up again. It’s also good to wait a moment before starting to shower because the water can come out with a slight earth tone at first.
