Staying in the city centre was a breeze; the whole complex packs a hotel, restaurant, café, supermarket and even a bakery with fresh pastries, all under one roof. Right outside the lobby you find a pharmacy, a coffee machine and a bakery, plus a sweet shop across the street and shops nearby. Check‑in was quick and friendly, and we ended up in a bright, warm triple room even though we booked a double – a pleasant surprise.

Location was top‑notch – everything you need was literally a stone’s throw away, which made getting around effortless.

We loved the surrounding nature, but the hotel itself fell short of the pictures. The room was dusty, had cobwebs and felt unwelcoming, and we were put in an attic space that made a comfortable stay impossible. A fire in the area forced us to leave early, and the staff seemed absent and indifferent. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

The hotel sits right in the centre, next to shops, a bakery, a butcher and a mosque, and from the top floor you get a nice view over the Dospat reservoir. Inside there’s a big fridge, a kitchen box and hot water on tap, and the occasional little train ride adds a fun touch.
