The hotel is just a short walk from Ortigia and has everything you need. However, the walk‑in shower and the jacuzzi lack a proper drain, so water builds up on the floor, and there are no shelves in the bathroom to store your stuff.

The jacuzzi was a highlight, but the room had a horrible stale, damp smell and cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling.

Overall, the place is pretty nice, the tub and lighting create a great vibe, and the kitchen looks great. I noticed the tub wasn’t perfectly clean; some dirt and a hair came out of the jets. The bathroom is beautiful, but the shower is too small for a walk‑in and splashes water everywhere, so a closed cabin would have been better. There’s a small window above the tub; a curtain would have been nice to block early morning light.
