The room was comfortable and clean, and it offered good value for money. It seemed there was an internal miscommunication: the receptionist didn’t know I was arriving or that I had a booking.

I really like Lake Acres. I booked for the 1st of September for the 8th, but when I arrived it was fully booked. The staff managed to find me another venue, but it wasn’t as good as Lake Acres.
