The hotel feels modern and spotless, the staff were very friendly, and they sorted out a few hiccups I had; just note there's a construction site next door, but the 24‑hour reception made me feel safe all the time. I’d come back.

The staff delivered amazing service, and the rooms were gorgeous with open‑plan bathtubs. The stairs at the front were a challenge for our pram, and even though the team helped us move up and down each time, it still felt less accessible. Still, I’d stay again because the staff were fantastic.

The staff were wonderful, the location was great and the room was spotlessly clean, but the walls were thin so you could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring room, and the hallway suffered from the same problem.
