The staff were welcoming and the stay was very comfortable. The only issue was that the ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working; otherwise, everything was fine.

They didn’t let me check in and canceled my reservation. The service was awful.

There was a pricing error in the app, and they canceled my reservation without prior notice; when I arrived, I was told I had no reservation.

Very clean rooms and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location is convenient to I-10 and restaurants/stores in the area
