The staff were courteous and attentive, the room cleaning was fine, and the AC and fridge worked properly. If you don’t want the room cleaned, you can still get a towel change and a refill of mineral water. The room doesn’t have a lockbox, and there was no water in the rice fields because of the growing season.

The accommodation is close to the city center and reachable by scooter. Because it’s not on the main street, it’s pleasantly quiet. The rice fields and abundant plants create a beautiful, relaxing vibe. The entire property is well maintained, clean, and instantly inviting. The pool is excellent, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious with a wide selection. We especially liked being able to rent a scooter on site and even have massages in our own room. We felt completely comfortable and would highly recommend this place.

The place and its surroundings were very pleasant, but the reception staff were hardly welcoming or helpful; I felt unprepared after another step in Bali and received almost no consideration.
