Their service was extremely friendly, especially Eleane; when we extended our stay they gave us a discount, and when we changed rooms they were very helpful and offered us a large suite at a reduced rate. No complaints at all.

The front desk staff were excellent: Mrs Carlota, Mrs Nicole, Mrs Susie and Mr Steven were always courteous and helpful.

I always pick this hotel when I travel back home to see family because the service is solid and the breakfast is excellent. During this visit it happened to be my child’s birthday, and the hotel seemed to notice the date on the copy of the ID we gave at check‑in, because later that day a small pudding cake with “Happy Birthday” written in English was waiting in the room—a very thoughtful touch. The checkout process was smooth, and Ms. Su, who handled the bill, was exceptionally courteous. The only snag was that the electric curtain on the glass wall of the luxury king‑size bathroom got jammed, with one side stuck outside the track; I managed to fix it myself, though I’m sure a quick call would have resolved it, and a pre‑departure inspection could have prevented the issue.
