“Over priced for a subpar hotel.”
The place was pretty run down and had a bad smell.
“Won’t return”
The location was fairly close to the venue, but there were no towels and no daily cleaning.
The front desk lady was friendly, yet the room was not properly cleaned.
“Need a update”
The spot was decent, but the bed had a slight lump, the ice machine on the floor was broken, so I had to climb all the way down the stairs for ice. Breakfast was just okay.
The staff were amazing, but our first room had a terrible smell and the couch bed was broken. During the second stay we were handed room keys and ended up waking people who were already in that room, which was very embarrassing.
