I scored it 1/10 because there was absolutely nothing good and everything was missing water for guests.

I rated it 8/10, mainly because Tefera is one of the best receptionists I have ever met.

I gave it 8/10; the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I didn't like that there were no slippers in the room and the outside noise was so loud you could barely hear someone talking or people moving.
