The location and design of the hotel were excellent, but the presence of smoking around the pool prevented me from sitting in the garden.

النظافة وتوفر الخدمات. للأسف سقطت على الارض بسبب وجود ماء عليها ورداءة السليبر فهو غير مقاوم للماء وتسبب لي برضوض

Breakfast was very good and the accommodation was excellent, but the towel paper was terrible and they expected us to use the best; the room was for two people, yet the toiletries were only for one, even though we had requested a clean room and the staff didn’t consider that there were two of us. Also, the water supply was not adequate, there was no trash bin in the room, only one at the main door, and it didn’t have garbage bags, which is illogical.

I paid for a sea‑view room and the staff recommended a room on the upper floors, but unfortunately they didn’t honor that request.
