The B&B is very welcoming and surrounded by greenery. The rooms are modern, fresh, and were recently renovated. The host is warm and attentive to everyone’s dietary needs during breakfast. The spot is convenient for both Belluno and mountain walks. There’s ample on‑site parking.

The room and bathroom are clean and look great, with an amazing view of Belluno and excellent bedding. The house was beautifully renovated, and there are vineyards at the back—a nice starting point for exploring the Dolomites. If you don’t speak Italian, make sure you can be understood by the owner, who speaks English very fast; there was a mix‑up at breakfast that was quickly sorted out. She stayed in the breakfast area, which slightly disturbed my husband.

The room is wonderful, brand new, modern, and tastefully decorated! The terrace is dreamy with a view of Belluno. Breakfast is superb, everything is prepared individually after we told them our preferences. The host is very friendly!
