It was close to people we were visiting. Staff were very rude. The rooms are out of date. The washcloths had yellow stains on them. They made copies of our credit cards and would not give them back at checkout. Then there were unauthorized charges the day after we left! They charge way too much for pet fees that aren't listed up front! 200.00 to be exact, and a 100.00 dollar damage fee that's refundable. We made sure to have them inspect the room so we could get that back! They also said they would give 100.00 back since we left it as nice as it was when we got there. That didn't happen! We also put on request to have downstairs unit as my husband and I are both disabled. They would not accommodate, so everytime our pets had to go out, we were up and down the stairs! When our family came to visit us there the night we got in, they chased him and started grilling him about where he was going, and he said to visit his parents, and they barked, no more people! They make you sign so.ething that says no visitors after 7:30. Our visitors were there at 6. I don't recommend this place to anyone disabled or with pets! We stay at many different places when we travel, and this was the worst!

The room was comfortable, the bed was good, and it was clean, though the furnishings were not up to date. The only issue was aesthetic; everything else worked fine.

The front desk staff were very friendly to talk to, the location was perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the world’s best university. The decor felt stuck in a time capsule, but the room had all the amenities: mini toiletries, a microwave, a fridge, a hair dryer, a TV, and Wi‑Fi. Coffee wasn’t in the room, but the lobby had good coffee. I’d definitely stay again.

The location was convenient, but the beds were not queen size, there was no ice machine, and Wi‑Fi was missing.
