“It was horrible”
The room was nasty, with a toilet that constantly ran. The hallway stank, and people outside were doing drugs. Wi‑Fi was weak and kept dropping me. Roaches were everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned; the microwave still had crumbs, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped, and the fridge door didn’t close properly, leaving a puddle on the bottom shelf. Everything I mentioned above—cleanliness, smells, Wi‑Fi—was terrible. The staff’s professional attitude was lacking, and there were cats and big dogs around.
