Das freundliche Personal, die Lage nahe zum Zentrum, das Frühstück, angenehmes Bett, Klimaanlage, der Pool. Kartenzahlung in Hotel/Restaurant. Das Personal spricht meist nur Portugisisch (mit Translator-App geht es), die fest angebrachte Dusche, mein Zimmer war ohne Safe, den Pool öfter mal abfischen (Blätter, Federn, Insekten). Restaurant und Hotel sind getrennt, ein Feierabendbier auf's Zimmer schreiben geht nicht

The only good thing was the location. Having stayed here before, I noticed a clear drop in quality compared to my last visit: the box door was jammed, there was no personal hygiene kit (soap, towel, toothpaste), only a few towels in the room, the breakfast had declined, and the parking was very dark and poorly maintained. The price I paid doesn’t match the current state of the hotel.

The room was good, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, and breakfast was fine, plus the service staff were excellent. The only downside was that housekeeping only cleaned the room when I asked around mid‑afternoon, there was no shampoo in the dispenser, and the split AC was noisy along with the neighboring room’s unit.

The room was very comfortable, especially the shower and bed; I needed a quiet spot to work with teammates and the receptionist gave us a meeting room; the staff were very kind and I enjoyed the restaurant food, nothing to complain about!
