“wifi not connecting with tv and the breakfast was below average”

The room was roomy and had all the expected amenities, but the Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect to the TV and the breakfast fell short of my expectations.

“Not a good stay”

I stayed for just 1 night. The room was spacious. Staff was composed. Hard water stains all over the bathroom, bucket and mirror. We purchased our own bucket through BB in the morning. The rooms were ant infested. Floor was sticky and always left foot prints. Amenities like water bottle, brush & paste were not readily kept ( provided after requesting). Hot water kettle was provided on request but the kettle was dirty and looked like it was never used in ages. Toilet jet (hand held) was tricky. Complimentary breakfast felt like duped. Plain bread (non toasted, just out of the packet) and jam (in a small sauce pack) added to the pain. When enquired, they said the problem has been raised with Treebo and the Treebo team is just stubborn towards resolving. Some renovation is going on in the premises so expecting a clean reception that is situated at Drive in area is not advisable

Breakfast was provided by external caterers, and the timing didn’t suit early check‑outs; the staff were friendly and helpful, but the Wi‑Fi was unreliable.
