The room was clean when I returned in the evening, but the split unit blew cold air at night even when set to 25 °C, forcing me to turn the thermostat off and on again; the door was poorly insulated, letting too much cold in.

Everything was tranquil and the reception staff were welcoming, but the cleaning crew never cleaned the floor or the bathroom, and they entered the room in the morning without knocking.
