The owner was friendly but overly chatty, not professional, and kept talking politics while jotting down notes. I only had one day and wanted to leave. I was hoping to save money on a cheap stay, but when I was taking a break to browse on my laptop, the owner started a verbal fight with someone outside the kitchen—probably a trailer‑dweller in his driveway. I was exhausted and wanted to nap, yet the owner handed me a Barbie blanket comforter and sheet. The female dorm room was hot and stuffy, and someone was pounding on the adjacent bathroom’s toilet. As I left for my memorial, I passed an obese man watching TV on a broken couch, then went downstairs where the owner was arguing with two Ukrainian young men—shaved heads, bad teeth, kind of mobster vibe—talking in what I think was Ukrainian. I thought, “No way I’m staying here tonight.”

There’s no parking, yet the website claims free parking. The owner is a jerk! I found a parking spot right at the gate.

The location near the airport and the price are good, but my roommate was loud and unfriendly.
