I couldn't find any coffee in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

The place was spotless and you can tell they keep up the rooms – even though we didn’t take breakfast, the cleanliness was impressive, just like three years ago when we last stayed. The only gripe was the bed; it felt pretty firm for both of us, but that’s a personal thing. All in all, I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

The rooms have been refreshed with solid, good‑looking finishes and they’re roomy enough for a family, with comfy beds and handy amenities that make traveling with kids easier. I liked the modern feel and the space.

Staying right on the water gave us great views and the room itself was comfortable, but the price felt a bit high and the spot is a ways from the town centre, shops and restaurants. If you don’t mind the drive, the location is lovely.

Our room being on the main floor was convenient, yet we missed having a coffee maker in the room – having fresh coffee first thing is a must for me, and having to go out to Tim’s was a hassle.
