The washroom was dirty, the water taps were dirty, and we had to change to another room because the first room had a large reptile inside; the second room was also dirty. We couldn't switch hotels because they demanded payment beforehand. Rooms should match the pictures, and the hotel should pay attention to check‑in and check‑out times without forcing customers.
