I ended up paying the room twice—once online and once at the hotel kiosk—and I’m still waiting for a refund because I was double‑charged and my account was debited twice.

The common areas were clean, even though they’re shared. At check‑in, a young man at the front desk was very helpful and courteous, and they even accommodate wheelchair users. Breakfast was thin and sparse. The mid‑aged receptionist that morning took two euros from me for a coffee that was already included in the breakfast, which was odd and disappointing.
