The location is good for events in the castle park. Beware! The accommodation charges more on site than indicated. A confirmed reservation had been made at the accommodation. (I booked several months in advance for an event) Under pressure, a temporary room was arranged and more was charged than on the confirmation. This is unacceptable. Very bad organization. Hard to reach by phone. The facilities are lacking.

The location was great for the event at Schlosspark Neuhaus, but the key‑box PIN didn’t work. When I called at 21.10, I was told check‑in ended at 21.00 and that my room was booked for the next day, which was wrong. After several calls I finally got into the room at 22.30. The room itself, its cleanliness and the service were disappointing; the towels weren’t fresh. I’ve never had booking issues before, this was the first time.
