Заселили в неприбраний номер після інших жильців. Не змінена білизна, використанні рушники, залишене сміття. Міняли номер на інший там не виявилося рушника під ноги, протікав бачок унітазу. Не було запропоновано якогось вибачення, компліменту чи підвищення категорії номеру. Сніданок мінімальний о 9 год мало що залишилося, овочі вже були освітленні. Басейн не працював. Ресторан у вечері при заселенні о 19.00 год теж не працював, вечерю шукали у місті. Значно завищена для запропонованих умов
The breakfasts were hearty and satisfying, but the room was cold because the maid left the window open, which caused a runny nose.

They offer breakfast and have a nice area, yet the room we were assigned was immediately denied and we ended up in a lower floor instead. The old chair was torn, the sofa creaked, and the bed had a stain. There was a lot of trash behind the sofa, the AC remote was at reception, and parking space was scarce.

A quiet and cozy spot, but the room for two had no spare towels for the second person.
Water leaked in the bathroom, and after 12 hours no action was taken to fix it. The bed was clean but had black spots on the sheet.
