The staff were wonderful, informative, and helpful, and the location was fantastic—easy walk into town and quiet. The beds are wonderful, and the size of the two‑bedroom apartment was perfect for a family. However, the shower could be more accessible; stepping in and out of the spa bath might be an issue for older clients, and those with mobility difficulties may find the spa bath inaccessible.

Everything was pretty good, except the bed felt a little too firm for our liking even with the mattress topper.
