We were handed a second‑floor room that didn’t match our expectations, but the rate was fair, so we settled for it. Soon we noticed a huge gap in the door that let us see into the hallway and hear people walking, which made us feel uneasy. I went to the front desk, where the staff were very understanding and helpful, and they upgraded us to a new room that was amazing! The parking felt very open, making us uneasy about leaving our car loaded with luggage. It seemed unnecessary to unload the entire car for just one night’s sleep, but fortunately everything worked out.
