“Mejora de atención”
The service and facilities were good, yet sometimes the front‑desk staff were not very friendly. I would suggest the bar have a band or singer every night to make the evenings more enjoyable.
Parking was difficult to enter because the street is narrow and the surrounding streets were closed; the delay caused extra traffic.
“Regular”
The staff are very helpful, but the bathroom water in my room didn’t work properly, and the ceviche tasted like almost a lemon soup with fish that didn’t feel fresh at all.
