“No dogs? No problem.”
The overall vibe was cute, and I LOVED that they had a little “stash” near the elevators where you could grab any missing necessities, including an extra pillow because the bed only originally had two. The listing made it seem as though they had parking available, but nowhere did it say valet only. We drove in in a standard‑sized truck and had the worst time entering the front; the valet just assumed we were valeting and tried to gather us. We were traveling with dogs, so we wanted to check in, get our lives together, etc., but were being rushed. The only other parking available was on the street or a city lot. The big issue for me was that this is a very big dog‑friendly hotel (LOVE), but when I asked the front desk where they recommend we take the dogs to go potty, she said she had no idea. There was no accommodation for this in a very busy, very populated downtown area, so that was a huge point of contention for our stay here.
