The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was well kept. The sink in the bathroom was a bit too low for my height, making it slightly inconvenient, especially with the shelf positioned right above it.

“Tiny room at highest price at booking.com in air b&b facility which charges a third for bigger room”

The location was close to public transport, but it didn’t live up to the description on Booking.co. The room was tiny, and the shower cubicle was the smallest I've seen—no hot water, no attendant, and it was remotely controlled. The property was run like an Airbnb at £30 a day, yet I was charged more than twice that rate for Rm 2, the smallest single room. When I asked for an explanation, my call was forwarded to their advertiser, which was inappropriate. I plan to pursue a refund.

The price matched what you receive, and the kitchen plus the supplied utensils were adequate. A 6‑minute train ride to Piccadilly made getting around easy. The area around the hotel isn’t great, and although the listing promised cleaning because of the booking fee, they only cleaned once when I checked in.
