The room itself was fine. The air conditioner didn’t work and the hotel couldn’t fix it; there’s no luggage cart, breakfast was weak and noisy.

The location sits right in the city center and the facilities are good. The internet was terrible.

Breakfast was exceptional, the room was spotless and fragrant. The staff were friendly and proactive. The only downside was the departure process.

The place is well located, clean, and the staff were courteous, plus breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room had air‑conditioning and a mini‑fridge, a good bed and soft linens. The corridor and room smelled clean. We missed a face towel and a bath towel. The rooms aren’t as new as during my first stays, but they’re still very good.
