The bathroom was clean. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time, there were cockroaches, the phone to call the desk didn't work, and the water heater was broken, so I had to struggle with cold water for the whole stay.

The location was fine. The only guests happier than us were the cockroaches—they already owned every room. I chose a refund over sharing the stay.

The staff were polite and friendly, but finding the hotel was a nightmare—no signage at all, so we had to wander past several cafés and ask everyone until we finally located it. Once inside, the reception was courteous and asked about breakfast preferences. The room had no windows, and the towels were used from previous guests; only the bedding was changed. The tea box contained used tea bags, and there were no other supplies. We spotted cockroaches, and the sound of conversations from other rooms was audible everywhere, making it impossible to have a quiet conversation. At night, a mysterious water leak caused the walls to tremble, as if an explosion had happened, and this happened several times. We definitely would not recommend this hotel.
