The aircon was the only thing that worked, yet it flooded the room. The shower was broken, floor tiles were cracked, there was no hot water for a bath, and the swimming pool looked green. I tried to reach the owner but nobody answered the door, and parking was on the street, which felt unsafe.

When I arrived, I was told there was no accommodation for me even though I had already paid; I was sent to another place and had to pay again, effectively paying double for one night. I asked for a refund, but the staff sent me a message insisting I pay again at the other guest house. I am very angry 😠.

I was welcomed warmly and the area was quiet, but there was no parking area at the venue.

Hot water was exceptional 👌 and the room was very neat, but the noise from other visitors was annoying; I’m not sure if they realized there were guests next to them.

Everything about this property is great; I always sleep here and the host offers excellent hospitality.
