L Ambiente e i dettagli . Frigobar nel prezzo della camera , pulizia top , gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità . Quando sarò in quella zona per lavora tornerò sicuramente. Nulla tutto top

The staff were kind. Nothing else stood out; everything was fine.

The location is fantastic, close to the train station, old town, and the harbor is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is generous, and each room comes with a coffee machine and kettle. The staff are very friendly.

Everything was excellent—super friendly service. I only received one large towel and one smaller one; in Germany I usually get two large towels, but that wasn’t a big issue because the towels were replaced daily and were fresh and clean.

The hotel is very centrally located—old town and lake are easily reachable on foot. However, the area around the hotel is full of bars and restaurants, and on a Saturday evening it was naturally busy. The windows are well sound‑proofed. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a coffee machine, kettle, and a refrigerator with water. Breakfast was very good, with friendly service at the buffet and on the 6th floor’s outdoor terrace. The bathroom with toilet is cramped and outdated, but acceptable for a short stay.
