The place was clean and had nice patios, but only one elevator worked. Housekeeping never acknowledged guests, loading their carts on the elevator while you’re stuck in a corner, stopping on every floor to unload, and then another housekeeper would do the same—making it take forever to reach your floor and causing a long wait for the elevator.

I liked the location

I was overbooked—no rooms at the inn, and I was booked onto a property that had none.

Great people at desk, easy access to interstate. Shower was great. The bed was absolutely horrible!! They need new beds in Room 417. The bed was worn out, it felt like a 600lb person had been only sleeping on one side of the bed!! If you get in the bed and get in the middle you will roll towards the night stand! And the pillows were super soft. The bed was absolutely horrible!! They need new beds in Room 417. The bed was worn out, it felt like a 600lb person had been only sleeping on one side of the bed!!
