It’s just a minute from the town hall square, right in Cádiz’s center. I couldn’t sleep because bars below stay open and people shout late into the night, the building has no soundproofing so you hear everything, the bells ring every half hour, there are no blinds so the morning light wakes you up, the pillows were terrible—especially one that felt like sleeping on a rock—and we were on the top floor (a third) where the stairs were dizzying.
“Aceptable”
Good location and overall fine, with a few hiccups; the cleaning staff were very attentive. As constructive feedback, it would be nice to have a glass in the bathroom; the bathroom is a bit dim; I know there’s no fix, but the stairs are very uncomfortable, so a warning would help rather than just saying it’s a third or fourth floor with an elevator. Thank you.
“Normalito”
I appreciated how central the place was and how clearly the staff explained the steps to access the accommodation, but the third‑floor location meant we had to climb terrible stairs, the place smelled damp, and the air‑conditioner remote didn’t work so we couldn’t turn the air off.
“Una buena opción para alojarse en el centro de Cádiz”
It’s in the heart of Cádiz, with bars and supermarkets nearby, close to the train/bus station, and Santa María beach is about 15‑20 minutes on foot; there’s a nice shared roof terrace and you can leave your luggage before check‑in or after check‑out. Because it’s in a bar area, you might hear some street noise during naptime; this was my second stay, and I got a smaller bathroom/ shower, but overall the rooms are spacious and comfortable depending on the room.
I liked the location and the private bathroom in our room, but there was no kitchen available for everyone.
